How the awards impact business…

All those recognised as Winners, Highly Recommended and Finalists in the Travel Retail Awards are able to utilise the prestigious consumer-voted Travel Retail Awards logo on their packaging, in their marketing and at the point of sale.

Travellers will be able to identify these logos when shopping in travel retail around the world. The logos have become synonymous with genuine consumer appeal, as voted for by the people they trust: their fellow travellers.

TRBusiness was keen to back up the anecdotal evidence of the impact of the award logos with a study conducted by data partner m1nd-set. The study reveals that 22% of consumers are more likely to purchase a product displaying the ‘Voted by Shoppers’ Finalist logo, while nearly a third (31%) of consumers are more likely to purchase a product displaying the ‘Voted by Shoppers’ Winner logo.

The Travel Retail Awards logo has already been displayed on product packaging, in airport advertising, and in retailer point-of-sale material visible to millions of passengers at the industry’s leading airports and retailers. These include DFS Group, The Shilla Duty Free, Lagardère Travel Retail, Changi Airport and many more.
